Sport massage & Physiotherapy service
The Cape Pioneer Trek will provide a full sport massage & physiotherapy service to all riders.
This service will be coordinated by Wilma Pienaar, a qualified physiotherapist, with vast
experience in this field.
The massage service will be available daily
from 13:30 until 18:00 and again
from 19:30 until 21:00
from Monday, October 18th until Friday, October 22nd 2010.
Each session is 45 minutes of specialized sport massaging at a cost of
R 195.00 per person, as well as a free
service of kinesiology taping, should you so prefer – this includes the tape so generously supplied by our
sports therapy sponsor,
KT tape.
Please note that massages can not be transferred to another time slot and that riders are responsible to arrive on
time. Payment is non refundable. As a guideline the following racing finish times should be achieved: Rather book
in a later slot than earlier, and also do consider your ability when booking.
Leaders : 11:30 – 13:30 pm
Middle markers : 13:30 - 15:00 pm
Back markers : 15:00 – 16:00 pm
